Women's Fertility

Biological women aged 18  to 40.

Clinician-led fertility and reproductive health care focused on comprehensive assessment and evidence-based evaluation of fertility status. This program includes diagnostic testing, personalized clinical guidance, and support navigating fertility care options, helping individuals make informed decisions about family planning, whether planning to conceive now or in the future.



Men's Fertility

Biological men of all ages.

Comprehensive, clinician-led fertility care for men who are planning to conceive, experiencing fertility challenges, or seeking to optimize their reproductive health. This program focuses on identifying and addressing factors that may impact fertility, including hormone imbalances, sperm health concerns, lifestyle factors, and underlying medical conditions. Through evidence-based evaluation, testing, and treatment, the program aims to support reproductive wellness and improve fertility outcomes. 

Women's Hormone Health

Biological women of all ages.

 Comprehensive, clinician-led hormone care for individuals experiencing cycle irregularities, metabolic or thyroid concerns, PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, or other signs of hormonal imbalance. This program focuses on restoring hormonal balance, relieving symptoms, and supporting long-term reproductive and metabolic health through evidence-based evaluation and treatment. 

Men's Hormone Health

Biological men of all ages.

Comprehensive, clinician-led hormone care for men experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance, including low testosterone, fatigue, reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, changes in mood, difficulty building or maintaining muscle mass, or other hormone-related health issues. This program focuses on optimizing hormonal health, improving symptoms, and supporting long-term physical, sexual, and metabolic well-being through evidence-based evaluation and treatment.



 

Perimenopause & menopause

Biological women aged 35 and older.

Hot flashes, sleep disturbances, fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, bone health, cardiovascular, metabolic, genitourinary, sexual health and musculoskeletal health 

Andropause

Biological men aged 40 and older.  

Energy and vitality, testosterone, sexual and reproductive health, mood, concentration and cognitive function, sleep quality, metabolic, thyroid and inflammatory health. 

Weight Optimization

People of all genders and sizes.

Hormone-related weight changes, insulin resistance and metabolic dysfunction, energy regulation, body composition and cardiometabolic risk factors. 


How does the program work?

A 5-step care journey:

  1. Online medical assessment
  2. Blood tests (if needed)
  3. Virtual consultation with a clinician (every 4 months)
  4. Personalized treatment plan
  5. Ongoing clinical follow-up and unlimited health coaching

The program also includes access to secure messaging with the clinical team as well as, when required, home delivery of medications or pickup at the pharmacy of your choice.

How do I choose the right program?

Seven support programs are available to address various hormone and metabolic health needs. Each program is based on the same clinical approach and adapts to your situation and stage of life.

The information below will help you determine which program best suits your needs.            

Women's Fertility: Clinician-led fertility and reproductive health care - whether planning to conceive now or in the future.

Men's Fertility: Clinician-led fertility care for men who are planning to conceive, experiencing fertility challenges, or seeking to optimize their reproductive health.

Women's Hormone Health: Hormonal imbalances (energy, mood, sleep, PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), thyroid, endometriosis).

Men's Hormone Health: Low energy, metabolic concerns, or other signs of hormonal imbalance

Perimenopause and Menopause: Hormonal symptoms: fatigue, sleep, hot flashes, mood, overall health.

Andropause: Energy, testosterone, mood, concentration, sleep.

Who is eligible for the preferential rate?

The preferential rate is available to members of iA Financial Group’s group insurance plans and their dependents.

Are the programs covered by my iA Financial Group group insurance?

You have access to the programs at a preferential rate through your iA Financial Group group insurance plan. The cost may be reimbursed through your health spending account (HSA), if your plan includes one.

How can you check if you have an HSA?

  • Check the “Health Spending Account” section of your group insurance plan booklet
  • Contact your plan administrator or Human Resources
Are laboratory test fees included in the package cost?

No, laboratory test fees are not included in the package cost and are charged separately.

However, these costs may be covered by your group insurance plan depending on the terms of your plan. Please review your group insurance booklet for more details.

Is my health information confidential?

Yes. Your participation and medical information are strictly confidential. They are managed solely by Science&Humans. iA Financial Group and your employer do not have access to them. 

Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. No medical referral is required. You can enrol directly in a program with Science&Humans 
Who should I contact if I have any questions?

Participation is voluntary and is not required to receive coverage under your group insurance plan.
